Abstract:

积极心理学主要是挖掘人的内在潜能和研究人的积极品质,引导着人们以一种更加积极的状态去追求健康幸福的生活。积极心理学与大学生思想政治教育具有融通性,一是从教育理念来看,都注重人文关怀;二是从目标来看,都是为了学生健康成长。将积极心理学融入大学生思想政治教育,一方面,有利于培养大学生的积极人格;另一方面,有利于提高思想政治教育课堂水平。积极心理学融入大学生思想政治教育的路径包括:一是坚持以人为本的教育理念;二是提升开展积极心理学教育的素质与能力;三是构建大学生思想政治教育的积极环境。
Positive psychology is a field of study that focuses on potential and human strengths, and guides people to pursue a healthier and happier life in a more positive way. Positive psychology and college ideological and political education are compatible in two aspects: first, they both emphasize hu-manistic care; second, they both aim to promote students’ healthy development. Integrating posi-tive psychology into the ideological and political education of college students, on the one hand, is conducive to cultivating the positive personality of college students; on the other hand, it is condu-cive to raising the level of ideological and political education in the classroom. The path of integrat-ing positive psychology into ideological and political education mainly includes: first, adhering to the educational philosophy of putting people first; second, improving the quality and ability of posi-tive psychology education; third, building a positive environment for college ideological and politi-cal education.
