高校培育大学生劳动价值观的现实困境及改进路径

劳动价值观是劳动教育的核心，高校进行劳动教育，应着重关注大学生科学劳动价值观的树立。高校培育大学生的劳动价值观有助于大学生做出正确的劳动价值选择；有助于全面提升大学生的综合素质；有助于落实高校立德树人的根本任务。同时也应看到，当前高校培育大学生劳动价值观还存在着大学生劳动价值观树立能动性不足、高校劳动价值观培育体系有待完善、家庭劳动价值观培育的重视不足以及社会大环境中不良行为的影响等困境。因此，需要大学生、高校、家庭和社会四方面共同发力，久久为功，从而引导大学生正确领悟劳动的价值和真谛，树立科学的劳动价值观。
Labor values is the core of labor education, colleges and universities to carry out labor education, should focus on the establishment of scientific labor values of college students. It is helpful for college students to make correct choice of labor value, to improve their overall quality, and to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities. At the same time, we should also see that, at present, there are still some dilemmas in the cultivation of college students’ labor values, such as the lack of initiative in establishing college students’ labor values, the need to perfect the cultivation system of college labor values, the lack of attention to the cultivation of family labor values, and the influence of bad behaviors in the social environment. Therefore, college students, colleges, families and society need to work together for a long time, so as to guide college students to correctly understand the value of labor and true meaning, to establish a scientific concept of labor values.
