火针治疗神经性皮炎的机制探讨

Abstract:
神经性皮炎是一种常见的以剧烈瘙痒为特征的慢性皮肤病，发病机制至今尚不明确，在疾病的治疗中一般采取内治外治相结合的治疗方法。火针在神经性皮炎的治疗中发挥了很重要作用。文章从传统医学和现代医学的角度论证火针治疗神经性皮炎的机制，进一步提高火针在临床治疗中的使用。
Neurodermatitis is a common chronic skin disease characterized by severe itching, and its patho-genesis is still unclear. In the treatment of the disease, a combination of internal and external treatment is generally adopted. Fire acupuncture plays a crucial role in the treatment of neuro-dermatitis. The article demonstrates the mechanism of fire needle therapy for neurodermatitis from the perspectives of traditional and modern medicine, further improving the use of fire needle in clinical treatment.
