西部乡村旅游助推乡村振兴策略研究——以四川阿坝州为例
Research on Strategies of Western Rural Tourism Promoting Rural Revitalization—Taking Aba in Sichuan Province as an Example

乡村振兴战略是中国式现代化发展方向的重大战略。其五大目标是“产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴和组织振兴”，为破解当前西部地区“三农”发展困境提供了行动纲领。乡村旅游在资源整合、农民增收等方面的正向作用愈加显现，从过去的脱贫攻坚到现在的乡村振兴俨然已经成为乡村重要内生发展动力。乡村旅游的正向效应与乡村振兴战略的总目标高度契合，新时代的乡村振兴需要高质量的乡村旅游发展来实现。当前，探索乡村旅游驱动乡村振兴的模式和道路日益迫切，基于此，文章通过西部地区乡村旅游与乡村振兴的作用机制来探讨，为乡村旅游赋能西部地区乡村振兴给出进一步的策略分析。
The strategy of rural revitalization is a major strategy for the development direction of Chinese modernization. Its five goals are “industrial revitalization, talent revitalization, cultural revitalization, ecological revitalization and organizational revitalization”, which provides an action program for solving the current development dilemma of “agriculture, rural areas” in western areas. The positive role of rural tourism in the integration of resources and increase of farmers’ income has become more and more apparent. From the past poverty alleviation to the present rural revitalization, rural tourism has become an important endogenous driving force for rural development. The positive effect of rural tourism is highly consistent with the overall goal of the rural revitalization strategy, and the rural revitalization in the new era needs high-quality rural tourism development to achieve. At present, it is increasingly urgent to explore the mode and road of rural tourism driving rural revitalization. Based on this, this paper discusses the mechanism of rural tourism and rural revitalization in western areas, and gives further strategic analysis for enabling rural tourism to rural revitalization in western areas.
