乡村振兴中有效治理的策略创新——基于北京大兴区小黑垡村“15233”策略创新实践的研究

Abstract:
制度建设是当前推动乡村振兴高质量发展的重要保障。乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化需要立足实际不断探索创新。北京市大兴区长子营镇小黑垡村利用策略创新促进乡村治理提质增效，本文将其总结为小黑垡村“15233”策略创新实践经验，并对其效果进行分析。
System construction is an important guarantee to promote the high-quality development of rural revitalization. The modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity needs continuous exploration and innovation based on reality. Xiaoheifa Village, Zhangziying Town, Daxing District, Beijing, carries out strategy innovation to promote the quality and efficiency of rural governance. This article summarizes the practical experience of “15233” system innovation in Xiaoheifa Village, and analyzes its effect.
