论大学英语教学中学生批判性思维的培养
|
Abstract:
大学英语课程集语言、文化和思维教育于一体，是培养学生批判性思维的理想阵地。在向学生传授掌握语言知识和语言技能的同时，有意识地培养学生的批判性思维有助于提升学生的创新能力、信息素养、文化自信及自主学习能力, 同时还能引导学生树立正确的价值观，对培养新时代创新型人才有着重要意义，也是新时代大学英语教学过程中必须要考量的一个重要方面。
Since college English curriculum covers languages, cultures and thinking, it is an ideal position to cultivate students’ critical thinking. While teaching language points and language skills, cultivating students with teachers’ consciousness can enhance students’ creativity, information literacy, cul-tural confidence and self-study ability and help student develop correct values as well. Cultivation of students’ critical thinking plays a vital role in bringing up creative talents in the new era, and is also an important aspect of college English teaching that should be taken seriously.
