社会工作介入儿童性侵犯防治服务的研究
Research on the Intervention of Social Work in the Prevention and Treatment of Child Sexual Assault

儿童性侵犯问题由来已久。鉴于保护儿童人身安全及促进儿童身心健康发展的需求，政府必须采取实质性的防治措施与行动，并充分发挥社会工作专业作用，才可能减缓或消除儿童性侵犯乱象。文章对现有的相关社会工作研究分析后发现：当前的社会工作服务主要围绕“事前预防”的直接性教育和间接性教育两大方面，案件发生后的干预服务较少。基于新形势下的变化，文章剖析了现有研究的不足与现实处境，发现施害主体和受害主体扩大；社工介入儿童性侵犯服务不全面；儿童性侵犯创伤治疗实践难度较大。从实务应对角度出发，建议今后细化服务对象，拓宽研究深度；完善社工服务，强化服务成效；预防与治疗并行，促进创伤康复。
The problem of child sexual assault has a long history. In view of the need to protect the personal safety of children and promote the healthy physical and mental development of children, the gov-ernment must take substantial prevention and control measures and actions, and give full play to the role of social work professionals, in order to slow down or eliminate the chaos of child sexual as-sault. Based on the analysis of the existing social work research, it is found that the current social work services mainly focus on the direct and indirect sex education of “prevention in advance”, and the intervention services after the case are less. Based on the changes under the new situation, the paper analyzes the shortcomings and reality of the existing research, and finds that the subject of victims and victims are expanded; the social worker intervention in child sexual assault service is incomplete; the practice of child sexual assault trauma treatment is difficult. From the perspective of practical response, it is suggested to refine the service objects in the future, broaden the depth of research; improve the social work service and strengthen the service effectiveness; parallel pre-vention and treatment to promote trauma rehabilitation.
