基于调研分析的老旧小区改造适老化设计研究
Research on the Aging-Appropriate Design of Old Community Renovation Based on Investigation and Analysis

随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深，养老成为当下迫切关注的社会保障问题。以社区网络为基础、亲情为纽带的社区居家养老已成为适合当前我国国情的养老模式。然而，目前承载最大比例老年人群的城市老旧小区面临养老服务质量问题，同时社区空间适老化环境及设施方面也亟待优化提升。本文基于济南市乐山小区的调研结果，分析了老旧小区在适老化方面存在的问题，并提出了针对性适老化设计策略以为现有老旧小区的改造提供一定的参考价值。
With the deepening of the aging population in our country, old-age care has become an urgent social security issue. Community-based home-based care based on community networks and family ties has become a model suitable for the current national conditions of our country. However, at present, the old urban communities that carry the largest proportion of the elderly population are facing problems in the quality of elderly care services. At the same time, the environment and facilities of the community space suitable for the elderly also need to be optimized and improved. Based on the research results of Leshan Community in Jinan City, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the old community in terms of adaptability to aging, and proposes a targeted aging design strategy to provide a certain reference value for the transformation of existing old communities.
