我国App个人隐私保护的合规性考察——基于四款典型社交App隐私政策的文本分析
Compliance Review of Personal Privacy Protection in China’s App—Text Analysis Based on Privacy Policies of Four Typical Social Apps

App运营者需要收集必要的用户个人隐私信息实现服务目的，此过程中信息安全不可避免会受到威胁，如何保护公民隐私安全是App运营者和立法者必须关注的问题。通过考察4款社交App的隐私政策的合规性，了解保护个人隐私必需的举措，针对App行业个人隐私保护不足导致用户个人隐私泄露的问题，提出颁布特定行业个人信息保护法、设立统一的个人隐私保护机构和构建行业隐私保护自律规范体系的措施，以期早日实现网络服务行业的个人隐私保护制度构建。
App operators need to collect necessary user personal privacy information to achieve their service objectives, and information security is inevitably threatened during this process. How to protect citizen privacy security is a problem that App operators and legislators must pay attention to. By examining the compliance of privacy policies of four social apps, we aim to understand the necessary measures to protect personal privacy. In response to the issue of insufficient personal privacy protection in the App industry leading to user privacy leakage, we propose measures such as enacting industry-specific personal information protection laws, establishing unified personal privacy protection institutions, and constructing a self-discipline regulatory system for industry privacy protection, in order to achieve the construction of a personal privacy protection system in the online service industry as soon as possible.
