国外进食障碍及其疗法的研究现状

Abstract:
进食障碍是一种致死率很高的精神障碍,并且会严重损害患者的身心健康和社会心理功能,对体重、体形和饮食不正确的态度是导致进食障碍的主要原因。在过去50年里,进食障碍的患病率一直在增加,本文通过对国外进食障碍的概况、疗法以及临床研究的现状进行了梳理,旨在借鉴国外的经验,为国内学者今后的研究提供新思路。
Eating disorder is a kind of mental disorder with high fatality rate, and can seriously damage pa-tients’ physical and mental health and psychosocial function. Incorrect attitude towards weight, body shape and diet is the main cause of eating disorder. In the past 50 years, the prevalence of eating disorders has been increasing. This paper reviews the general situation, treatment and clinical research status of eating disorders in foreign countries, aiming to learn from foreign experience and provide new ideas for future research of domestic scholars.
