沥青基隔离层层间力学特性研究

Abstract:
基于机场刚性道面研发了一种新型隔离层材料,以同步碎石封层和微表处(稀浆封层)组成的沥青基隔离层,并通过室内剪切摩擦试验的方法,探究不同温度、法向力影响下设置沥青隔离层对道面层间力学特性的影响,以及不同类型隔离层对道面层间力学特性的影响。结果表明道面结构层间剪切摩擦特性曲线存在三个阶段,分别为弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、塑性阶段。设置隔离层可减小道面层间的水平约束力。温度对设置沥青基隔离层的影响较大,法向力对层间剪切曲线在弹性阶段的影响较小,但对塑性阶段的稳定剪力值影响较大。层间法向应力与剪应力稳定值符合典型的摩尔–库伦本构模型。
Based on the rigid pavement of the airport, a new type of isolation layer material was developed to synchronous asphalt base isolation layer composed of gravel sealing layer and micro-surface (slurry sealing layer). Through the indoor shear friction test, the influence of asphalt isolation layer under the influence of different temperatures and normal forces on the mechanical characteristics of the interlayer of pavement, as well as the influence of different types of isolation layer on the mechani-cal characteristics of the interlayer of pavement was explored. The results show that there are three stages in the interlayer shear friction curve, which are elastic stage, elastoplastic stage and plastic stage. The separation layer can reduce the horizontal binding between the pavement layers. Tem-perature has great influence on the setting of asphalt base isolation layer, normal force has little in-fluence on the interlayer shear curve in elastic stage, but has great influence on the stable shear value in plastic stage. The stability values of the interlaminar normal stress and shear stress show the characteristics of the typical Moore-Coulomb constitutive model.
