Abstract:

民办中小学青年教师作为民办中小学教师的教育主要力量,现阶段其工作满意程度正在逐渐下降,因此,提高民办青年教师的工作满意度是最重要、最基础、最持久的工作。为了解决民办中小学青年教师职业边界絮乱、专业成长缓慢、历练机会欠缺以及教师工作文化环境建设不完善的问题,需从四个方面着手:合理量化教师工作时间与内容、开启“传、帮、带”帮扶模式、提供给青年教师更多历练机会和充分发挥校内文化的感染作用。真正做到从民办中小学青年教师的角度和视野去安排教师的工作,进一步提高青年教师对自我工作的满意度,减少其对工作的怠慢,增强民办中小学青年教师的自信心。
Young teachers in private primary and secondary schools are the main force in the education of private primary and secondary school teachers, and their job satisfaction is gradually declining at this stage. Therefore, improving the job satisfaction of private young teachers is the most important, the most basic and the most lasting work. In order to solve the problems of chaotic professional boundaries, slow professional growth, lack of experience opportunities and imperfect construction of teachers’ work culture environment, it is necessary to start from four aspects: reasonable quantification of teachers’ work time and content, opening the “passing, helping and guiding” help mode, providing young teachers with more experience opportunities and giving full play to the infecting role of school culture. We should really arrange teachers’ work from the perspective and vision of young teachers in private primary and secondary schools, further improve young teachers’ satisfaction with self-work, reduce their neglect of work, and enhance their self-confidence.
