社区公共文化服务建设居民满意度研究——以朝阳街道社区为例

Abstract:
党的二十大提出要健全现代公共文化服务体系,创新实施文化惠民工程。作为公共文化服务建设的最后一公里,社区的公共文化服务建设对于提高社区居民的生活质量和综合素质具有重要作用,也与社区居民的归属感和获得感息息相关。2016年重庆市北碚区成功入选第二批32个国家公共文化服务体系示范区,其中朝阳街道作为北碚区主要街道之一,为全北碚区的公共文化服务体系建设提供助力。研究发现,朝阳街道社区公共文化建设存在主体作用发挥不足、社区居民公共文化活动参与意识不强、社区公共文化服务供给与社区居民需求不匹配、公共文化服务经费投入总量偏少且分配不均等困境。因此,针对朝阳街道社区存在的诸多问题,本文提出了具体优化路径,在优化公共文化服务建设的基础上,增强各社区居民的文化认同感、获得感和归属感,提高社区居民公共文化服务满意度,是社区公共文化服务建设的最终归属,也是本文研究的最终目的。
The 20th Party Congress proposes to improve the modern public cultural service system and in-novate the implementation of cultural benefit projects. As the last kilometer of the construction of public cultural services, the construction of public cultural services in the community plays an important role in improving the quality of life and comprehensive quality of community residents, and is also closely related to the sense of belonging and sense of access of community residents. In 2016, Beibei District of Chongqing Municipality was successfully selected as one of the second batch of 32 national demonstration zones for the public cultural service system, of which Chaoyang Street, as one of the main streets of Beibei District, has been providing assistance for the construction of public cultural service system for the whole Beibei District. The study found that the public cultural construction in Chaoyang Street community has the dilemma of insufficient play of the role of the main body, the community residents’ lack of awareness of participation in public cultural activities, the mismatch between the supply of community public cultural services and the demand of the community residents, and the total amount of funds invested in the public cultural services is small and unevenly distributed. Therefore, for the many problems existing in Chaoyang Street community, this paper puts forward a specific optimization path, on the basis of optimizing the construction of public cultural services, to enhance the sense of cultural identity, sense of access and sense of belonging of residents in each community, and to improve the satisfaction of community residents with public cultural services, is the ultimate attribution of the construction of public cultural services in the community, which is the final goal of this paper’s research.
