犯罪滋生于多元社会生态系统，刑法并非总能有效解决犯罪问题。为有效应对复杂多变的犯罪情势，刑事一体化应运而生。刑事一体化意含刑法内部结构合理与刑法运行前后制约。一方面，刑事一体化促进规范刑法学理论体系的完善，尤其表现为犯罪构成理论的建构。另一方面，刑事一体化促进刑事学科间协调运行，特别是犯罪构成理论协调适用于刑事一体化诸多领域。目前，刑事一体化日渐打破刑事学科间壁垒，促进刑法实体法与刑事诉讼法、犯罪学等关联学科交流借鉴，运用多元手段治理犯罪问题。
Criminal law is not always effective in solving the problem of crime, which arises in the multi-social ecosystem. In order to effectively deal with the complex and changeable crime situation, criminal integration came into being. Criminal integration means the rational internal structure of criminal law and the restriction before and after the operation of criminal law. On the one hand, criminal integration promotes the perfection of the theoretical system of standardized criminal jurisprudence, especially the construction of the theory of crime constitution. On the other hand, criminal integration promotes the coordinated operation of criminal disciplines, especially the coordination of crime constitution theory is applicable to many fields of criminal integration. At present, criminal integration is gradually breaking down the barriers between criminal disciplines, promoting the exchange and reference between the substantive law of criminal law and related disciplines such as criminal procedure law and criminology, and using multiple means to deal with criminal problems.
