Indecent content on short video sites such as TikTok and Kuaishou often appears in their field of vision, like erotic videos, pornography, violence and so on. The lack of supervision responsibility of the platform, the incomplete performance of the guardianship duties of minors’ guardians, and the dereliction of duty of the school’s rule of law education have all become important influencing factors for minors to cross the legal boundary and become criminals.
