Abstract:

近些年来,应用型本科高校在党和政府的政策支持下取得了一定程度的发展,但其中的问题也是显而易见的,尤其是大学生职业素养的培养问题。本文从职业素养概念出发,就大学生职业意识和职业道德等问题进行阐述并作出分析,认为要提升应用型本科高校大学生职业素养还是要从重视并落实“双师型”师资队伍建设以及有效开展大学生社会实践方面着手。
In recent years, application-oriented undergraduate universities have achieved a certain degree of development with the policy support of the Party and government, but the problem is also obvious, especially the cultivation of college students’ professional quality. This article will elaborate and analyze issues related to college students’ professional awareness and ethics from the concept of professional quality, it is believed that in order to enhance the students’ professional quality in application-oriented undergraduate universities, we should attach importance to and implement the “double tutor” teaching mode team building and effectively carry out social practice for college students.
