眼后节金属异物的临床特点分析

Abstract:
目的：分析眼后节金属异物患者的临床特征及治疗效果。方法：回顾性病例研究。收集常州市第三人民医院在2020年1月至2022年10月内收治的55例眼后节金属异物患者临床资料，分析患者的外伤特点、手术情况及不同治疗方案的手术前后视力。结果：55例(55眼)眼后节金属异物伤患者中，年龄20~66岁，平均(46.9 ± 9.2)岁，其中男性45例，女性10例。治疗后视力 ≤ 0.1者占23眼(41.8%)。55眼中31眼行内路手术，即一期行玻璃体切除术联合清创缝合术取出异物，另外24眼行外路手术，即一期行清创缝合联合异物磁吸取出术，在随访末期，内路组和外路组术后视力改善分别为17眼(70.8%)和23眼(74.2%)。结论：两种异物摘除方法治疗效果类似，眼内异物伤对患者视功能损害严重。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristics and curative effect of posterior segment intraocular metallic foreign body injuries. Methods: From January 2020 to October 2022, clinical data of 55 cases (55 eyes) with posterior segment intraocular metallic foreign body in the Department of Ophthalmology of the Third People’s Hospital of Changzhou were retrospectively analyzed. The ocu-lar conditions, operation method and visual acuity were analyzed. Results: Fifty-five cases were di-agnosed with posterior segment intraocular metallic foreign body injury, of which 45 were males and 10 females, with an average age of 46.9 ± 9.2 years. 23 eyes (41.8%) had best corrected visual acuity ≤ 0.1 after treatment. 31 eyes underwent with electrolyzer magnetic extraction, and the oth-er 24 eyes received extraction of intraocular metallic foreign bodies through vitreous. At the end of follow up, the percentage of patients with better visual acuity outcomes in the two groups were 74.2% and 70.8% respectively. Conclusion: The efficacies of two methods of extraction of posterior seg-ment intraocular metallic foreign bodies are similar. Intraocular foreign body injury has a great impact on visual function.
