新《体育法》实施背景下我国学校体育高质量发展的机遇与挑战

依法治国是社会文明进步的显著标志，在新《体育法》实施背景下，运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等深刻剖析我国学校体育高质量发展的机遇与挑战，研究发现：面临的机遇有新《体育法》保障学校体育有充足的开展时间、提升了学校体育在教育中的地位，同时还保障学校体育场地和设施的完善；面临的挑战有学校体育面对教育改革后力不足、学生参与体育活动的积极性不高和学校体育师资队伍水平有待提升等；基于此提出突破路径：完善体育课程设置，制定全面的体育评估体系；弘扬校园体育文化，提高家长对体育的关注度；加强体育教师培训，促进师资结构水平的提升。
The rule of law is a remarkable sign of social civilization and progress. Under the background of the implementation of the new “Sports Law”, the use of literature and data methods, logical analysis and other profound analysis of the opportunities and challenges of high-quality development of school sports in our country, the research found: The opportunities are that the new “Sports Law” guarantees that school sports have enough time to carry out, enhances the status of school sports in education, and also guarantees the improvement of school sports venues and facilities; The challenges are the lack of strength of school sports after education reform, the low enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities and the level of school sports teachers to be improved. Based on this, the paper puts forward the breakthrough path: to perfect the PE curriculum and develop a comprehensive PE evaluation system; carry forward the campus sports culture, improve parents’ attention to sports; strengthen the training of physical education teachers and promote the improvement of the level of teachers’ structure.
