Abstract:

肺结核和糖尿病都是影响人类健康的重大疾病,近年来在糖尿病病人中发现肺结核的发病呈现上升趋势,表明糖尿病可能是感染肺结核的一个危险因素。两者共病形成了肺结核合并糖尿病这一特殊群体,临床中发现该群体在肺部影像CT有其特征性表现,若通过影像表现及早诊断、严控血糖水平,这将为临床医师对两病合并的诊疗及转归提供可借鉴的参考依据。
Tuberculosis and diabetes are both major diseases affecting human health, and in recent years an increasing trend has been observed in the incidence of tuberculosis among diabetics, suggesting that diabetes may be a risk factor for TB infection. The comorbidity of the two forms a special group of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes, which has been found to have its characteris-tic manifestations in lung imaging and CT in clinical practice. Early diagnosis and strict control of blood sugar levels through imaging manifestations will provide a reference for clinicians to diag-nose and treat the combination of the two diseases.
