基于“辛以润之”理论浅议便秘的治疗
Treatment of Constipation Based on the “Xin Yi Run Zhi” Theory

近年来，便秘的发病率逐渐上升，常常影响患者的生活质量，甚至对患者的精神心理造成严重影响。目前中医对便秘的病机分析多以“热盛、津亏”为主，未能完全揭示本病病机，临床治疗多以清热、养阴为主，易损伤中阳，反而导致患者病情迁延，经久难愈。文章从“辛以润之”理论出发，通过揭示其内涵，探析其与便秘治疗的内在联系，拓展治疗思路。
In recent years, the incidence of constipation has gradually increased, which often affects the quali-ty of life of patients and even has a serious impact on the mental psychology of patients. At present, the analysis of the pathogenesis of constipation in traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on “heat and loss”, which fails to fully reveal the pathogenesis of the disease, and the clinical treatment is mainly based on clearing heat and nourishing yin, which is easy to damage Zhongyang, but leads to the patient’s condition being prolonged and difficult to heal for a long time. Starting from the “Xin Yi Run Zhi” Theory, this paper explores its intrinsic relationship with the treatment of constipation by revealing its connotation, and expands the treatment ideas.
