网络思政育人视角下高校大学生法律素养提升路径探析

Abstract:

在互联网占据信息传播主导地位的今天,网络已经成为思想政治教育的重要载体。运用新媒体做好高校思想政治教育工作,是把互联网这个最大变量变成教育事业发展最大增量的关键一环。在尊重网络思想政治教育工作普遍规律的基础上,高校不断创新工作内容和教育载体,结合当代大学生思想特点,通过培育特色文化符号,主动融入大学生朋友圈,提高网络思想政治教育的针对性和有效性,让网络思政工作“活”起来、“火”起来。若要预防此类情形,较为有效的方法是通过网络思政平台、微信公众号、社群、普法活动与讲座等,营造良好学法尊法守法用法的氛围,提升大学生法律素养,弘扬青春正能量,培养校园好网民,合理利用网络,在交互中做好思政教育。
The Internet occupies the dominant position of information dissemination today, and the network has become an important carrier of ideological and political education. The use of new media to do a good job in ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a key link to turn the Internet, the biggest variable, into the biggest increase in the development of education. On the ba-sis of respecting the general law of Internet ideological and political education, we constantly inno-vate the work content and education carrier, combine the ideological characteristics of contempo-rary college students, cultivate characteristic cultural symbols, and actively integrate into the circle of college students’ friends, improve the pertinence and effectiveness of Internet ideological and political education, and make the Internet ideological and political work “live” and “fire”. In order to prevent such situations, the more effective way is to create a good atmosphere for studying the law, respecting the law, abiding by the law and using the law through online ideological and political platforms, WeChat public accounts, communities, law popularization activities and lectures, etc., to enhance the legal literacy of college students, promote the positive energy of youth, cultivate good netizens on campus, make reasonable use of the network, and do a good job in ideological and political education in interaction.
