妇科腔镜患者术后镇痛的研究进展

Abstract:

近年来,随着人口增长及经济水平的提高,女性患者妇科疾病检出率及就诊率大大提高,腔镜手术是目前妇科手术患者的主要诊治手段,但术后疼痛的管理尚未得到极大的重视;妇科腔镜手术是微创技术之一,与传统的开腹手术相比,虽具有微创手术出血少、恢复快等优点,但妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛发生率仍高达79.2%,虽然妇科腔镜患者术后疼痛受多种关系的影响,但安全、舒适地解决术后疼痛问题仍是医学人文关怀的重要体现。因而本文就妇科腔镜患者术后镇痛的研究进展进行论述,旨在为妇科腔镜患者术后镇痛提供参考依据。
In recent years, with the growth of population and the improvement of economic level, the detection rate of gynecological diseases and the visit rate of female patients have been greatly increased. En-doscopic surgery is the main means of diagnosis and treatment of gynecological surgery patients at present, but the management of postoperative pain has not received great attention. Gynecologic endoscopic surgery is one of the minimally invasive technologies. Compared with traditional open surgery, although it has the advantages of less bleeding and faster recovery in minimally invasive surgery, the incidence of gynecologic laparoscopic postoperative pain is still as high as 79.2%. Alt-hough the postoperative pain of gynecologic endoscopic patients is affected by a variety of relation-ships, the safe and comfortable solution of postoperative pain is an important reflection of medical humanistic care. Therefore, this paper discusses the research progress of postoperative analgesia in gynecologic endoscopic patients, aiming to provide reference for postoperative analgesia in gyneco-logic endoscopic patients.
