“三全育人”视角下的本科生导师制实践探索——以湖南大学外国语学院语智班为例

Abstract:

本科生导师制是高校落实立德树人根本任务、培育新时代创新人才、推进高校人才培养模式改革和教育高质量发展的一项重要制度。在新时代教育长效机制“三全育人”理念的指导下,湖南大学外国语学院着重落实全员、全过程、全方位育人机制,从考核激励制度、搭建导师研讨课育人平台和拓展参与主体三个层面对本科生导师制度进行了深入的实践和探索。本文从目前国内本科生导师制的实施现状出发,结合湖南大学外国语学院语智班的实践经验和育人实效,对如何构建行之有效、科学合理的本科生导师制度进行探讨分析,从规范制度保障、搭建稳固的交流平台和扩充师资力量三个方面总结研究了新时代高校推行本科生导师制的创新模式、成功经验及改进方向。
The tutorial system for undergraduates is an important system for universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering integrity and educating rounded development of people, cultivating innovative talents in the new era, and promoting the reform of the talent cultivation mode of uni-versities and the high-quality development of education. Under the guidance of the concept of “Three Complete Education” of the long-term mechanism of education in the new era, the School of Foreign Languages of Hunan University focuses on the system mechanism of all-member, all- pro-cess, and all-round parenting, and conducts in-depth practice and exploration of the tutorial system for undergraduates at three levels of the appraisal and incentive system, the establishment of a platform for mentor seminars and the expansion of the main body of the participation. In this paper, starting from the current implementation status of the tutorial system for undergraduates in China, combined with the practical experience and educational effect of Language Intelligence Class of School of Foreign Languages in Hunan University, we discuss and analyze how to build an effective, and a scientific and reasonable tutorial system. We summarize and study the innovative mode, successful experience and improvement direction of tutorial system for undergraduates in univer-sities in the new era from three aspects: standardizing system guarantee, building a stable commu-nication platform and expanding teachers.
