共同富裕目标下民族地区乡村旅游发展研究——以阿坝州为例
Research on the Development of Rural Tourism in Ethnic Minority Areas under the Goal of Common Prosperity—Taking Aba Prefecture as an Example

共同富裕是中华民族几千年的伟大愿望，现在比历史上任何时期都无限接近这个目标。要实现共同富裕，民族地区发展和振兴是关键。乡村旅游作为有巨大价值的新兴产业，在共同富裕目标下，实现民族地区乡村旅游新时代下的高质量发展，对于推动产业振兴、促进共同富裕具有正向作用。阿坝州民族地区具有得天独厚的自然环境和无可比拟的历史人文，是发展乡村旅游的优势所在。本文聚焦阿坝民族地区的乡村旅游发展现状，运用文献梳理、归纳总结等方法，分析出阿坝乡村旅游存在区域发展不协调不充分、资源和利益分配不均衡、民族精神文化挖掘不深、城乡融合发展不明显、高质量发展动力不足等五大问题，提出整合全域旅游资源、完善共建共享制度、挖掘民族精神文化、加快城乡一体建设、促进旅游高质量发展对策建议。以期民族地区乡村旅游良性发展，实现共同富裕这个终极目标。
Common prosperity has been the great aspiration of the Chinese nation for thousands of years. Now we are infinitely closer to this goal than at any time in history. To achieve common prosperity, the development and revitalization of ethnic minority areas is the key. As an emerging industry of great value, rural tourism, under the goal of common prosperity, achieves high-quality development of rural tourism in ethnic areas in the new era, which has a positive effect on promoting industry revitalization and promoting common prosperity. The ethnic areas of Aba Prefecture have a unique natural environment and unparalleled history and culture, which are advantages for developing rural tourism. This article focuses on the current development status of rural tourism in Aba ethnic areas, and uses methods such as literature review and summary to analyze the problems of uncoordinated and inadequate regional development of rural tourism in Aba, uneven distribution of resources and interests, insufficient exploration of national spiritual culture, and urban-rural integrated development. Five major problems, including unclear tourism and lack of motivation for high-quality development, put forward countermeasures and suggestions for integrating all-region tourism resources, improving the co-construction and sharing system, exploring national spiritual culture, accelerating the integrated construction of urban and rural areas, and promoting high-quality development of tourism. In order to achieve the healthy development of rural tourism in the ethnic area and achieve the ultimate goal of common prosperity.
