国内外养老护理人才研究热点比较研究
Comparative Study on Research Hotspots of Aged Care Talents at Home and Abroad

目的：探讨近十年来国内外养老护理人才领域的研究现状、前沿热点与演进历程，预测该研究领域未来发展趋势，为今后的研究提供参考。方法：以“养老护理人才”或含“养老照护人员”或含“护理员核心胜任力”作为检索词，检索CNKI及Web of Science核心文集数据库中2010~2022年相关文献，运用CiteSpace对其发文量、机构合作、关键词共现网络、关键词聚类、关键词突现等进行可视化分析。结果：本研究共纳入747篇相关文献，国外养老护理人才的研究方向主要集中在老年护理人员、健康以及老年人等内容，国内则主要集中于养老护理人才、机构养老、人才培养、教育等方面，关键词养老护理员、养老机构、养老护理、医养结合、人才培养等频次较高。结论：在养老护理人才领域，近10年国内发文量远高于国外。国内外相关研究中出现的权威机构较少，不同机构间的合作较少，研究较为分散，还未形成比较成熟的合作团体。未来需要促进国际交流与合作以及各地区科研机构和学科之间的协作，分享经验和资源，共同推动养老护理人才研究领域的发展。
Objective: This paper discusses the research status, frontier hotspot and evolution process in the field of elderly care talents at home and abroad in the past ten years, predicts the future development trend of this research field, and provides reference for future research. Methods: Taking “elderly care talents” or “elderly care personnel” or “nurse core competence” as the search terms, the relevant literature from 2010 to 2022 in the CNKI and Web of Science core corpus database was searched, and CiteSpace was used to visually analyze the number of articles, institutional cooperation, keyword cooccurrence network, keyword clustering and keyword emergence, etc. Results: A total of 747 relevant literatures were included in this study. The research direction of old-age nursing talents in foreign countries mainly focuses on old-age nursing personnel, health and the elderly, etc., while in China it mainly focuses on old-age nursing talents, institutional old-age care, talent training and education, etc. Keywords such as old-age nursing personnel, old-age care institutions, old-age care, combination of medical and nursing care and talent training are more frequent. Conclusion: In the field of elderly care talents, the number of domestic articles in the past 10 years is much higher than that of foreign countries. There are few authoritative institutions in the relevant research at home and abroad, few cooperation between different institutions, the research is relatively scattered, and no relatively mature cooperation groups have been formed. In the future, it is necessary to promote international exchanges and cooperation, as well as the collaboration between regional scientific research institutions and disciplines, share experience and resources, and jointly promote the development of the research field of elderly care talents.
