探析体育心理学在排球选修课教学中应用研究

Abstract:
随着教育事业的不断改革与创新,当前体育教学中除了注重学生的身体素质的发展,还应注重学生在教学中的心理,因此如何将体育心理融入到排球选修课教学中,激发学生在排球选修课的积极主动性。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法分析体育心理学对教学的意义以及在排球教学中易出现的心理问题,并提出体育心理学在排球选修课的发展策略,为提高排球选修课教学质量,学生心理健康发展提供一定的借鉴意义。
With the continuous reform and innovation of education, the current physical education teaching should not only pay attention to the development of students’ physical quality, but also pay atten-tion to students’ psychology in teaching. Therefore, how to implement sports psychology into the teaching of volleyball elective courses and stimulate students’ active initiative in volleyball elective courses? This paper uses the method of literature and logical analysis to analyze the significance of sports psychology to teaching and the psychological problems that are easy to appear in volleyball teaching, and puts forward the development strategy of sports psychology in volleyball elective course, which provides certain reference significance for improving the teaching quality of volleyball elective course and the development of students’ mental health.
