大数据背景下构建高校创新创业教育协同机制研究

Abstract:
“创新创业教育”包括“创新教育”、“创业教育”两个科学内涵,又不等同于二者简单综合,是集成型性、系统型的人才培养教育体系。它以培养具有创业基本素质和开创型个性的人才为目标,是高校以培育在校学生的创业意识、创新精神、创新创业能力为主的教育,其本质是一种实用教育。然而在大数据时代高校创新教育创业教育均存在诸如教育目标模糊、教学互动机制不足与人才培养环境缺乏等的问题。本文基于大数据背景下的思维和技术,挖掘和利用高校人才培养中创新创业教育的协同机制,缕清大数据影响下的创新创业教育协同机制运行理念,将大数据融入协同机制,更好地服务于高校创新创业人才培养。
“Innovation and entrepreneurship education” includes the scientific connotations of “innovation education” and “entrepreneurship education”, but it is not simply a combination of the two. It is an integrated and systematic education system for talent development. Its goal is to cultivate talents with basic entrepreneurial qualities and pioneering personalities. It is an education primarily focused on cultivating entrepreneurial awareness, innovative spirit, and entrepreneurial capabilities among college students. Its essence lies in practical education. However, in the era of big data, there are issues in innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, such as vague educational goals, inadequate teaching interaction mechanisms, and a lack of talent development environment. This article explores and utilizes the collaborative mechanisms of innovation and entrepreneurship education in university talent development based on the thinking and technology of big data, clarifies the operating principles of collaborative mechanisms under the influence of big data, and integrates big data into the collaborative mechanisms to better serve the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents in universities.
