Abstract:

本研究从酒店管理专业实践教学出发,基于世界技能大赛构建酒店接待技能培训效果评价指标体系,为提高我国酒店管理专业实践教学质量提供一定的理论指导并对酒店教育培训实例进行具体评价分析,以查找不足,分析原因,有助于改进酒店管理培训方式方法。
Starting from the professional practice teaching of hotel management, this study constructs the evaluation index system of hotel reception skills training effect based on the World Skills Competition, provides certain theoretical guidance for improving the quality of hotel management professional practice teaching in China, and conducts specific evaluation and analysis of hotel education and training examples, so as to find out the shortcomings and analyze the reasons, which is helpful to improve the hotel management training methods and methods.
