晏阳初平民教育思想的现实启示
The Realistic Enlightenment of Yan Yangchu’s Civilian Education Thought

晏阳初的平民教育思想是中国20世纪所遗留下来的珍贵而独特的精神财富。晏阳初将更多的注意力和怜悯放在了平民身上。这对于建设社会主义和谐社会、建设学习型社会、建设创新型国家具有重要意义。本文从儒家思想、基督精神和苦力三方面探究了晏阳初平民教育思想的缘起，并总结归纳了晏阳初平民教育思想中关于教育目的，教育内容和教育方式的核心内容，最后从提高人民素质和促进教育公平两个方面，浅要分析了晏阳初平民教育思想在当代社会的现实意义。
Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thought is a precious and unique spiritual wealth left over from the 20th century in China. Yan Yangchu put more attention and compassion on civilians. This is of great significance for building a harmonious socialist society, a learning society and an innovative country. This paper explores the origin of Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thought from three aspects of Confucianism, Christian spirit and coolies, and summarizes the core content of Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thought about educational purpose, educational content and educational methods. From the two aspects of improving people’s quality and promoting educational equity, this paper analyzes the practical significance of Yan Yangchu’s civilian education thought in contemporary society.
