大学生对疫情流调电话心理状态的调查研究

Abstract:
目的:通过问卷调查结果分析大学生面对流调电话时紧张焦虑的情绪和对工作人员的信任程度,并对不同背景的大学生做差异性分析与探讨。方法:设计面对流调电话时心理状态调查问卷,于2022年7月线上调查兰州大学学生面对流调电话时的心理状态,调查结果采用SPSS 26.0进行统计分析。结果:大部分(56.9%)大学生没有接受过流调,面对流调电话时紧张焦虑情绪与信任程度取决于流调工作人员(口音、工作态度)以及流调工作方式(短信链接、优化式流程)。对于不同背景的大学生(是否接受过流调、是否听说过流调诈骗、性别),面对流调电话时的状态存在显著的统计学差异(P < 0.05)。结论:随着流调诈骗防范教育的普及,大学生防范意识提高,保护被调查者的心理防线是工作顺利进行的关键,建议优化流调工作程序,工作透明公开化,以提高流调人员被流调者的信任程度,降低被流调者的紧张情绪。
Purpose: By analyzing the results of a questionnaire survey, we aim to investigate the tension and anxiety of college students in the face of streaming phone calls, as well as their level of trust in staff. We also conducted a differential analysis and exploration of college students from different back-grounds. Method: A questionnaire was designed to investigate the psychological state of students at Lanzhou University when facing traffic calls. The survey was conducted online in July 2022, and the results were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0. Result: The majority of college students (56.9%) have not received an interview, and the level of tension, anxiety, and trust when facing an interview call depends on the interview staff (accent, work attitude) and the interview work methods (SMS links, optimized processes). There is a significant statistical difference (P < 0.05) in the state of col-lege students from different backgrounds (whether they have accepted the interview, whether they have heard of the interview fraud, and gender) when facing the interview call. Conclusion: With the popularization of fraud prevention education in traffic investigation, college students’ awareness of prevention has increased. Protecting the psychological defense line of the respondents is the key to the smooth progress of the work. It is recommended to optimize the procedures of traffic investiga-tion work, make the work transparent and open, in order to increase the trust level of traffic inves-tigation personnel and reduce the tension of the respondents.
