Abstract:

心理学是一门对于高校思想政治教育教学具有重要借鉴意义的学科,其中激励理论是心理学的一种重要理论。分析激励理论与高校思想政治教育之间的关系,对于高校思想政治教育的发展与成果具有极大的促进作用。激励理论是关于如何满足人的各种需要、调动人的积极性的原则和方法的概括总结。激励理论是高校思想政治教育心理学的一个重要理论,结合马斯洛的需要理论将激励理论引入高校思想政治教育中,有利于思想政治教育发挥更大的作用,促进高校思想政治教育的成果,不断推动高校思想政治教育的持续性发展。
Psychology is a subject of great reference significance for ideological and political education in col-leges and universities, and incentive theory is an important theory of psychology. The analysis of the relationship between incentive theory and ideological and political education in colleges and universities will greatly promote the development and achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Incentive theory is a summary of principles and methods on how to meet people’s various needs and mobilize people’s enthusiasm. The incentive theory is an important theory in the psychology of ideological and political education in colleges and universi-ties. The introduction of the incentive theory into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, combined with Maslow’s need theory, will help the ideological and political educa-tion play a greater role and promote the achievements of ideological and political education in col-leges and universities, to promote the sustainable development of ideological and political educa-tion in colleges and universities.
