地方社会信用体系法治化建设路径研究

社会信用体系是中国国家治理体系的重要组成部分。在社会信用体系法治化建设新阶段，我国不断强化顶层制度安排，各级地方政府也在推进信用立法、创新信用制度和信用应用场景等方面积极探索、接续发展，推动信用治理法治化水平整体提升，但地方社会信用体系法治化建设仍存在薄弱环节，与国家治理现代化要求尚有差距。基于此，各地应持续优化社会信用法治体系，加强信用协同治理，深度激发公众参与的内生动力，多措并举推动信用法治建设扩面提质，为中国式现代化建设注入强劲动能。
The social credit system is an important part of China’s national governance system. In the new stage of the rule of law construction of the social credit system, our country continues to strengthen the top-level institutional arrangements, and local governments at all levels are actively exploring and continuing development in the aspects of credit legislation, innovative credit systems and credit application scenarios, and promoting the overall improvement of the rule of law of credit governance. However, there are still weak links in the rule of law construction of local social credit systems. There is still a gap with the requirements of national governance modernization. Based on this, local governments should continue to optimize the social credit legal system, strengthen credit collaborative governance, deeply stimulate the internal driving force of public participation, and take multiple measures to promote the expansion and quality of the construction of social credit rule of law, so as to inject strong momentum into the Chinese-style modernization.
