依托大学科技园开展专创融合教改的研究与实践——以东北石油大学国家大学科技园为例

国家大学科技园是国家创新体系重要组成部分，是高校成果转化和推动创新创业教育和产业发展的重要支撑。然而，我国高校大学科技园普遍存在产业需求与学校科研成果联系的生态缺失，不能充分发挥国家大学科技园科研育人和培养创新创业人才基地作用，不能充分实现产教融合，不能通过产教融合反向推进专创融合教学改革。本文试图从产教融合、专创融合视角剖析大学科技园存在的问题，结合东北石油大学科技园运行实践，阐述大学科技园在助推产教融合，专创融合方面的具体探索。
The National University Science and Technology Park is an important part of the national innovation system and an important support for the transformation of university achievements and the promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship education and industrial development. However, there is generally an ecological deficiency in the connection between industrial demand and school scientific research results in the science and technology parks of colleges and universities. They cannot give full play to the role of national university science and technology parks in scientific research and education and training innovative and entrepreneurial talent bases, and cannot fully realize the integration of production and education. Reversely promote the innovation and integration teaching reform. This article attempts to analyze the existing problems of university science parks from the perspective of industry-education integration and creative integration, and combines the operation practice of Northeast Petroleum University Science Park to expound the specific exploration of university science parks in promoting the integration of production and education and creative integration.
