Abstract:

本文探讨了学校及教育工作者在关怀和支持贫困学生方面的经验和反思。内容着重强调了与学生建立深入交流的重要性,不仅要了解其学业和家庭背景,更要关注他们可能隐藏的需求和困惑。信赖的建立、多元化的资助、心灵关怀、制定应急预案、创设教育平台、拓展合作机会,以及持续跟进都是关键策略。尤其在高校背景下,每位班主任、辅导员要关照的学生众多,除了科研和教学任务,他们还要妥善处理学生的日常问题,并及时应对突发情况。因此,教育工作者需要展现出极高的细心和耐心。
This article delves into the experiences and reflections of schools and educators in caring for and supporting impoverished students. The content emphasizes the importance of deep communication with students, aiming to understand not only their academic and family backgrounds but also their potentially concealed needs and concerns. Key strategies include building trust, diversifying finan-cial assistance, providing emotional care, devising emergency plans, creating educational platforms, expanding cooperative opportunities, and ensuring ongoing follow-up. In the setting of tertiary institutions, every class advisor and counselor have a substantial number of students under their care. Beyond their research and teaching responsibilities, they are tasked with managing daily student concerns and reacting swiftly to unforeseen events. As such, these educators must exhibit exceptional attentiveness and patience.
