基于思想政治教育视角下大学生焦虑心理研究
A Study on Anxiety Psychology of College Students Based on the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

心理健康是关乎到学生德智体美得以全面发展的保障和基础。现如今大学生在学校的学习和生活中心理健康问题频发，特别是焦虑心理成为大学生的主要问题。而如何有效解决大学生心理焦虑问题是高校教育现在面临的迫切问题。因此，高校思想政治教育者必须明确大学生焦虑心理产生的原因，焦虑心理的具体表现，认识到思想政治教育正确引导的重要性，并结合学生实际情况，制定有效的思想政治教育干预策略，引导大学生摆脱焦虑心理的负面影响。
Mental health is the guarantee and foundation for the comprehensive development of students’ morality, intelligence, physicality, and aesthetics. Nowadays, mental health problems occur frequently in college students’ study and life, especially anxiety has become the main problem of college students. How to effectively solve the problem of college students’ psychological anxiety is an urgent problem facing by college education. Therefore, ideological and political educators in colleges and universities must clarify the reasons for the emergence of college students’ anxiety psychology, the specific manifestations of anxiety psychology, recognize the importance of the correct guidance of ideological and political education, and combine the actual situation of students to develop effective ideological and political education intervention strategies to guide college students to get rid of the negative impact of anxiety psychology.
