随着社会的发展和竞争的加剧，大学生心理健康问题越来越受到关注。辅导员作为大学生的管理人员，不仅需要关注学生的学业发展，还需要关注学生的心理健康，参与大学生心理健康教育中，妥善解决大学生心理问题，完善心理健康教育体系。因此，本文主要分析辅导员参与大学生心理健康教育的优势与价值，并探究策略，以提供有效的心理支持和指导，帮助学生解决困惑和压力，促进心理健康成长。
With the development of society and the intensification of competition, the mental health of college students has attracted more and more attention. Counselors, as administrators of college students, not only need to pay attention to students’ academic development, but also need to pay attention to students’ mental health, participate in college students’ mental health education, properly solve college students’ psychological problems, and improve the mental health education system. Therefore, this paper mainly analyzes the advantages and value of counselors’ participation in college students’ mental health education, and explores strategies to provide effective psychological support and guidance, help students solve confusion and pressure, and promote mental health growth.
