辅导员视角下公办高职院校学生党建工作育人探究
Research on Cultivating Students with the University Party Construction in Public Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Counselors

学生党建工作是高职院校党建工作的重要组成部分。辅导员充分发挥学生党建工作育人作用，能够促进学生全面发展，有利于做好学生思想政治教育工作。在实际工作中，辅导员在高校学生党建工作的育人过程中存在着不足，也面临着一些问题。本文通过分析辅导员在高校学生党建工作中的育人实效和存在问题，探索辅导员在履行职责中更好地发挥学生党建工作育人功效的具体方法。
Student party construction is an important part of the party construction in higher vocational college. To cultivate people by the student party construction, counselors can promote the overall development of college students. It is conducive to the ideological and political education of students. In practice, there are shortcomings and some problems in the process of cultivating people with the party construction in public higher vocational colleges. By analyzing the effect and existing problems of the counselors in the work of cultivating people with the university party construction, this paper explores the specific methods for the counselors in performing their duties to better play the role of cultivating students with the students party construction.
