多模态话语分析视角下纪录片字幕翻译——以《风味原产地？云南》为例
Subtitle Translation of Documentaries from the Perspective of Multimodal Discourse Analysis—A Case Study of Flavorful Origins?Yunnan

纪录片是促进中外文化交流的重要方式之一，融合了解说词、动画、配乐等多模态元素，能有效推动中华文化的对外传播与发展。本文基于张德禄的多模态话语分析理论，以纪录片《风味原产地？云南》为主要研究对象，从文化层面、语境层面、内容层面和表达层面分别对该视频字幕进行翻译及分析，探究各个模态之间如何相互作用，从而为纪录片的字幕翻译提供借鉴。
Documentary is one of the important ways to promote cultural exchanges between China and for-eign countries. By integrating multimodal elements such as narration, animation, soundtrack, and so on, documentary can effectively promote the international communication and development of Chinese culture. Based on the theory of multimodal discourse analysis of Zhang Delu, the thesis takes the documentary Flavorful Origins？Yunnan as an example. The author translates and analyses the subtitle of the documentary from four levels: the cultural level, the contextual level, the content level and the expression level, then the author discusses the complementary function of each level and tries to provide some references for the subtitle translation.
