腰腿痛患者火龙罐联合耳穴贴压康复护理的应用效果研究

Abstract:
目的：探讨火龙罐联合耳穴贴压康复护理在腰腿痛患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年3月到2023年5月在针灸科接受火龙罐联合耳穴贴压治疗与护理的腰腿痛患者90名，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各45名。观察组接受火龙罐联合耳穴贴压康复护理，对照组接受常规护理。比较两组患者治疗前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)、疗效评估和满意度得分。结果：干预后，观察组患者的VAS评分、疗效评估及满意度得分均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。观察组在火龙罐联合耳穴贴压康复护理后，疼痛症状明显减轻，且疗效和患者满意度均高于对照组。结论：火龙罐联合耳穴贴压康复护理能够显著提高腰腿痛患者的疗效，减轻疼痛程度，并增强患者的治疗满意度，值得在临床中进一步推广。
Objective: To explore the application effect of Huolong cupping combined with ear acupoint pressing rehabilitation nursing in patients with low back and leg pain. Methods: From March 2022 to May 2023, 90 patients with low back and leg pain who received the treatment and nursing of dragon cupping combined with auricular point sticking in the acupuncture and moxibustion Department were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table, with 45 patients in each group. The observation group received rehabilitation care with Huolong cupping combined with ear acupoint pressing, while the control group received routine care. Compare the visual analog pain score (VAS), efficacy evaluation, and satisfaction scores of two groups of patients before and after treatment. Result: After intervention, the VAS score, efficacy evaluation, and satisfaction score of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.01). The observation group showed a significant reduction in pain symptoms after the combination of Huolong cupping and ear acupoint pressure rehabilitation nursing, and the efficacy and patient satisfaction were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: The combination of Huolong cupping and ear acupoint pressure rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the efficacy of patients with low back and leg pain, reduce the degree of pain, and enhance patient satisfaction with treatment, which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
