杭州市林地征占用管理存在的问题和对策

Abstract:
林地作为重要的自然资源，对于环境气候的调节有着重要的作用，同时也有着重要的经济价值，如何对林地的征占用进行合理的管理具有重要意义。本文以杭州市林地征占用管理作为研究对象，分析杭州市林地征占用中存在的问题和解决对策。
As an important natural resource, forest land plays an important role in the regulation of environment and climate, and also has important economic value. How to rationally manage the expropriation and occupation of forest land is of great significance. Taking the forest land expropriation and occupation management of Hangzhou as the research object, this paper analyzes the existing issues and solutions in the forest land expropriation and occupation of Hangzhou.
