高职院校与中小企业合作存在问题分析——基于经济发展转型视角

随着国家经济的不断发展，中小企业成为了经济发展的重要力量。同时，高职院校也在为培养适应市场需求的人才以及提供科技服务方面作出了不可或缺的贡献。然而，高职院校与中小企业合作存在一些问题，这些问题直接影响了中小企业的转型发展和高职院校的人才培养与科技服务水平。本文将从经济发展转型的视角，分析高职院校与中小企业合作存在的问题，并提出深化校企合作的对策建议。
With the continuous development of national economy, small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important force for economic development. At the same time, higher vocational colleges have also made indispensable contributions to training talents to meet the needs of the market and providing scientific and technological services. However, there are some problems in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and small and medium-sized enterprises, which directly affect the transformation and development of small and mediumsized enterprises and the talent training and scientific and technological service level of higher vocational colleges. From the per-spective of economic development and transformation, this paper will analyze the problems existing in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and small and medium-sized enterprises, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
