Against the backdrop of the comprehensive revitalization of the old industrial base in Northeast China, college students’ entrepreneurship can help promote the economic development of the Northeast region. This article collects 531 survey data from college students in Northeast China and conducts empirical analysis using SPSS and AMOS software. The results indicate that entrepre-neurship education has a positive impact on entrepreneurial behavior of college students in North-east China; entrepreneurship willingness plays a partial mediating role in entrepreneurship educa-tion and entrepreneurship among college students in Northeast China; entrepreneurship self-efficacy plays a positive moderating role between entrepreneurial willingness and entrepre-neurship among college students in Northeast China. The research enriches the application of planned behavior theory in the field of entrepreneurship education research, provides theoretical basis for entrepreneurship education in Northeast China, helps to improve the entrepreneurial activity index of college students in Northeast China, and promotes economic development in Northeast China.
