乡村振兴背景下小农户嵌入农业产业链研究
Research on Smallholders Embedding into Agricultural Industry Chain under the Background of Rural Revitalization

作为农产品供应源头，小农户因缺少在供应链中的话语权和主体地位，一直面临着“高成本、低效益”甚至被边缘化的尴尬处境。农产品供应链西迁和农业现代化的发展给中西部民族地区的小农户带来了巨大机遇的同时，也产生一系列问题。因此，本文在农产品供应链西迁的大背景下聚焦于民族地区小农户在农业产业链中的嵌入性问题进行探讨，依托完善中央到地方的政策扶持、调整利益分配机制以及健全人才培养机制三方面提出针对性建议。
As the source of agricultural product supply, smallholders have been facing an awkward situation of “high cost, low efficiency” and even marginalization due to their lack of voice and dominant position in the supply chain. The westward migration of agricultural product supply chains and the development of agricultural modernization have brought enormous opportunities to smallholders in ethnic minority areas in the central and western regions, while also generating a series of problems. Therefore, this article focuses on the embedding problem of smallholders in ethnic minority areas in the agricultural industry chain in the context of the westward migration of agricultural product supply chains. Based on the improvement of central to local policy support, adjustment of interest distribution mechanisms, and sound talent cultivation mechanisms, targeted suggestions are proposed from these three aspects.
