高校本科生考研弃考现状与对策研究——以某“双一流”高校经管学院为例

Abstract:

近年来,社会对高学历人才的需求快速提升,报考研究生考试的人数不断增多的同时,考研弃考逐渐成为常态,这也成为高校提升考研率所急需解决的问题。本文通过分析某经管学院的考研数据并对弃考的学生开展调研和访谈,发现考试前弃考的学生占比多于考试中弃考的学生,分析原因主要受招考形势、个人因素、就业选择等因素的影响。为此,本文提出高校应从考研宣传引导、学风建设、保障服务以及家校联动四个维度改进现有的考研指导策略,助力高校人才培养质量进一步提升。
In recent years, the demand for highly educated talents in society has rapidly increased, and the number of applicants for graduate exams is constantly increasing. At the same time, abandoning the postgraduate entrance examination has gradually become the norm, which has become an urgent problem for universities to improve their postgraduate entrance examination rate. This article analyzes the postgraduate entrance examination data of a certain school of economics and management, and conducts research and interviews with students who abandoned the exam. It is found that the proportion of students who abandoned the exam before the exam is higher than those who abandoned the exam during the exam. The analysis is mainly influenced by factors such as recruitment situation, personal factors, and employment choices. Therefore, this article proposes that universities should improve their existing postgraduate entrance examination guidance strategies from four dimensions: promotion and guidance, academic atmosphere construction, guarantee services, and home-school linkage, in order to further enhance the quality of talent cultivation in universities.
