新文科视角下吉林省民办高校法治人才培养路径
From the Perspective of New Liberal Arts, the Cultivate Path of Legal Talents in Private Colleges and Universities in Jilin Province

随着中国新文科的发展和民办高校的崛起，如何在这些学校中培养法治人才成为了一个重要的课题。本研究旨在探索在新文科背景下，吉林省民办高校如何通过创新的方式培养法治人才。我们分析了吉林省民办高校的教育体系、课程设置、教育资源、师资队伍和学生的需求和期望，提出了创新的培养模式、课程设置、教育资源、师资队伍培养和评价体系，并通过案例分析验证了我们的建议。最后，我们提出了一些建议，以进一步提升吉林省民办高校的法治人才培养水平。
With the development of China’s new liberal arts and the rise of private colleges and universities, how to train legal talents in these schools has become an important topic. The purpose of this study is to explore how private colleges in Jilin Province can train legal talents through innovative ways under the background of new liberal arts. We analyzed the education system, curriculum setting, educational resources, teachers’ and students’ needs and expectations of private colleges and universities in Jilin Province, put forward innovative training models, curriculum setting, educational resources, teacher training and evaluation system, and verified our suggestions through case analysis. Finally, we put forward some suggestions to further improve the level of legal talents training in private colleges and universities in Jilin Province.
