人本主义视角下初中英语作业优化设计研究

Abstract:

作为教学评价不可或缺的“作业”成为颇受争议的教育热题,应试教育的大背景下,传统教学方式使得老师们在作业布置方面仍然重蹈量化重复的覆辙,甚至搞题海战术,这不仅抑制了学生学习的创造性和自主性,也压制了学生的个性化发展,这与新课标的核心素养理念不符,同时更是与人本主义的教育理念背道而驰。本研究基于多篇文献的研究基础之上,将人本主义教育理念作为理论基础,并应用到作业优化设计中,进一步探究作业设计的现状、存在的问题和归因分析,优化作业设计应当遵循的原则,最后提出建议性的改进措施。
As indispensable tool “homework” in teaching evaluation, it has become a controversial educational topic. However, in the background of examination-oriented education system, with the influence of traditional teaching methods aimed at taking exams, teachers still follow the principle of repetition and mechanical training in homework assignments. This not only suppresses students’ creativity and autonomy in learning, but also affects their personalized development, which is not consistent with the current concept of developing students’ core competencies, and even goes against the humanistic educational philosophy. Based on the research of some literature, this study applies the humanistic education philosophy to homework optimization design, and further explores the current situation, existing problems and reasons of homework design so as to put forward the princi-ples that homework design should follow, and finally proposes suggested measures.
