Abstract:

过剩适应是指行为个体由于过度迎合外部要求,导致个体对于自身内部适应困难或者难以适应的不平衡的状态,对青少年的身心发展十分重要。为探讨过剩适应、负面评价恐惧和自尊关系,采用问卷对临沂市四所中学的491名初一到初三的学生进行调查研究。结果表明:1) 初中生的负面评价恐惧与过剩适应之间存在显著正相关(r = 0.65, P < 0.01);负面评价恐惧与自尊呈显著负相关(r = ?0.26, P < 0.01);自尊水平和过剩适应存在显著负相关(r = ?0.36, P < 0.01)。2) 初中生的负面评价恐惧负向预测自尊水平(β = ?0.19, t = ?5.66, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.09),正向预测过剩适应水平(β = 0.57, t = 18.46, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.478);自尊水平负向预测过剩适应(β = ?0.25, t = ?6.07, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.19)。3) 自尊在初中生的负面评价恐惧和过剩适应的关系中起部分中介作用。
Over-adaptation refers to the unbalanced state in which individuals find it difficult to adapt inter-nally due to excessive catering to external requirements, which is crucial for the physical and men-tal development of adolescents. To explore the relationship among over-adaptation, fear of negative evaluation, and self-esteem, a survey was conducted on 491 students from four middle schools in Linyi City, from grade one to grade three. The results indicate that: 1) There is a significant positive correlation between fear of negative evaluation and over-adaptation among middle school students (r = 0.65, P < 0.01); There is a significant negative correlation between fear of negative evaluation and self-esteem (r = ?0.26, P < 0.01); There is a significant negative correlation between self-esteem level and over-adaptation (r = ?0.36, P < 0.01). 2) Fear of negative evaluation of middle school stu-dents is a negative prediction of self-esteem level (β = ?0.19, t = ?5.66, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.09), a positive prediction of over-adaptation level (β = 0.57, t = 18.46, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.478); Self-esteem level is a negative prediction of over-adaptation (β = ?0.25, t = ?6.07, P < 0.001, Eta2 = 0.19). 3) Self-esteem plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between fear of negative evaluation and over-adaptation among middle school students.
