教育心理学视域下大学生思政教育实效性提升研究
Research on Improving the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education for College Students from the Perspective of Educational Psychology

教育心理学与大学生思想政治教育在立德树人方面具有融通性。将教育心理学与大学生思想政治教育课程相结合，在教学过程中借助心理学相关理论基础，有助于提升高校思想政治教育的实效性。具体需要重视学生的主体作用，优化教学的全过程。在学生方面，引导学生培养积极人格；与学生进行有效的沟通；充分发挥学生主观能动性。在教学方面，以学生需求为导向探索教学方式；以学生情感为关键组织教学活动；以学生成长为靶向挖掘教学内容。
Educational psychology and the ideological and political education of college students are integrat-ed in the aspect of moral education. Combining educational psychology with the ideological and po-litical education courses of college students and using the relevant theoretical basis of psychology can help to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in the colleges and uni-versities. We need to pay attention to the main role of students and optimize the whole process of teaching. In terms of students, guide students to cultivate positive personality; communicate effec-tively with students; and give full play to students’ subjective initiative. In teaching, we explore teaching methods with students’ needs, organize teaching activities with students’ emotion, and ex-plore teaching contents with students’ growth as the target.
