论王夫之的社会治理观及现代启示

社会治理是国家治理的重要组成部分。新时期新阶段的发展要求建立社会治理的新格局，加强和创新社会治理。王夫之有着深厚的社会治理思想，其社会治理观主要包括以民为本，裕国富民的经济治理观，严以治吏，内修外法的政治治理观，法为大公，德刑并用的法律治理观三个方面。王夫之的社会治理思想虽没有机会得到成功实践，但其理论却有先进性和进步性可言。挖掘王夫之的社会治理思想，对当今提高保障和改善民生，推进社会治理的现代化步伐，使社会治理向着更加有序的方向发展依然具有深刻启示。
Social governance constitutes a significant part of national governance. The establishment of a new pattern of social governance and the strength and innovation of social governance are required in the development of the new era and stage. Fuzhi Wang has a profound idea of social governance, whose viewpoint on social governance mainly includes three aspects, such as the economic governance concept putting the people as the foundation to enrich the country and the people, the political governance concept strictly governing officials with internal and external laws, and the legal governance concept focusing on law and combining morality and punishment. Although Fuzhi Wang’s thought of social governance has no chance to be successfully practiced, the advancement and progressiveness of his theory cannot be denied. The profound enlightenment on the improvement of security and people’s livelihoods, the promotion of the modernization of social governance, and the driving of the development of social governance towards a more orderly direction is still embodied by the exploration of Fuzhi Wang’s social governance ideology
