认知行为理论下青年志愿服务影响因素研究
Research on Influencing Factors of Youth Volunteer Service under Cognitive Behavioral Theory

众所周知，志愿服务对社会的良性运行和个人身心的健康发展都起着正向的促进作用，对于我国而言同样如此。特别是在进入新时代后，人民群众对于美好生活的需要日益增长，由此对社会志愿服务的类别和质量上的要求也随之提升，呈现出多样高质全方位的发展态势。青年作为我国志愿服务的主要群体，研究青年群体志愿服务参与行为的影响因素对发展我国志愿服务事业有着重要的价值。文章以“认知行为理论”为视角，基于CSS2019数据进行实证分析，得出我国青年群体对社会和自我的认知都是影响其参与志愿服务行为的因素。由此观之，可以通过注重社会建设和提升青年群体的生活满意度来调动青年群体参与志愿服务的积极性，从而促进我国志愿服务事业的发展。
As we all know, volunteer service plays a positive role in promoting the healthy operation of so-ciety and the healthy development of individual body and mind, and the same is true for our country. Especially after entering the new era, the people’s needs for a better life are growing day by day, and the requirements for the categories and quality of social volunteer services are also rising, showing a diversified, high-quality and all-round development trend. As the main group of volunteer service in our country, it is of great value to study the factors influencing the participation behavior of youth in volunteer service. Based on the “cognitive behavior theory” and the empirical analysis of CSS2019 data, this paper concludes that the social and self-cognition of Chinese youth groups are factors that affect their participation in voluntary service behavior. From this point of view, we can mobilize the enthusiasm of young people to participate in volunteer service by focusing on social construction and improving their life satisfaction, so as to promote the development of volunteer service in our country.
